Here’s the video from a discussion on “Bloggers Bunch” at this morning at CNN.com regarding a student who was raped after a homecoming function in California.  The discussion centered around the role of bystanders, especially when crimes are caught on video (via cell cam or flip).

    This is not a clear cut situation that you can make a blanket law. I agree that we do have a moral obligation to report crimes but at the same time are obligated to try to get evidence of crimes commited. Based on this it would take a joint effort from more than one person to intervien. One to video, one to be responsible for calling.
