1. Eggs

Eggs provide a perfect mix of nutrients for your body; including one for breakfast will make you feel fuller for the rest of the day, eliminating the craving for snacks until lunchtime, and possibly saving you up to 400 calories per day.

2. Apples

An apple a day does more than simply keep the doctor away; they also help you lose weight. Apples overwhelmingly consist of water and a touch of fiber (which slows down digestion), so eating one makes you feel full and staves off the urge to indulge your sweet tooth to fill your stomach. Eating two or three apples a day will help against overindulging in real meals when it comes to lunch or dinner.

3. Vegetables

A consistent salmon and salad combination could see you lose pounds and improve your body’s shape in a matter of weeks.

6. Soybeans

Soy can be consumed in almost any form and still give you a dose of nutrients, such as fiber, protein and antioxidants. A compound in soy sends a message to your brain that your body is full and doesn’t need to eat anymore, keeping you clear of the temptation to eat beyond what is necessary.
