Help us continue to give you a connection to the community and spring clean your space at the same time. DSN is hosting a Cell Phone Reclamation Project (sounds kinda fancy!) throughout the month of March. In short, we need your old cell phones.
We have partnered with Bottom Line Solutions’ data destruction & recycling program which provides a secure and environmentally responsible way to dispose of old IT equipment.
At the end of the collection period, we will submit the phones and receive a monetary return for DSN, enhancing our ability to provide our audience with more media coverage.
DSN will collect phones here at our South Side on Lamar Newsroom throughout the month of March. You may also mail your old phone to us at 1409 South Lamar Street #609, Dallas, TX 75215.
Someone will be here to take your donation from 9 am to 5 pm each day. After hours you may leave your old phone at the concierge desk downstairs. Please make sure your package has #609 somewhere on the outside.
No phone is too big or too small, too old or too new. Before handing your cell phone over, consider resetting the phone to its factory settings.
You haven’t used the phone since Wi-Fi became available, so let it go! We’ll be happy to take it off your hands.
