Democrat Taj Clayton today filed for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Congress, to represent Texas’ 30th Congressional District.
“I am running for Congress because without new leadership, we won’t get new results. We need a fresh start,” said Clayton. “We need to improve the way we address problems in Washington now if we’re ever going to improve the results we get in our community. We need better jobs and better schools, not the same problems that we’ve had year after year. I can provide new leadership to take South Dallas and the surrounding communities in a new direction.
