These past two years I’ve fallen deep into this…… I’m gonna call it severe depression because that the one thing in my family that is genetic. I didn’t believe in depression tell now. I thought it was an excuse that life is what ever you make it no one is really ever depressed but boy am I wrong. These past two years have been so tough that I don’t know who I am anymore. Me being a electrical contractor I’m outta work right now due to this depression that seems to consumes my life. Im not the hard working profectionest that I once was and ive lost all motivation and joy for anything. I’m at a fork in the road and me being a respectable member of society that I’m currently still portraying find myself doing things I’d never do EVER.. I NEED HELP Before I ruin everything I’ve built and worked so hard to have. If there’s any advice or things you can do to help I could really use it. Thanks for your time
