Methodist Health System employees are walking and weighing in on better fitness and health for 2010 through a fun wellness challenge – Live Healthy America. Employee teams have been formed at all four Methodist campuses to make simple changes in food choices and daily routines.

The competition includes total activity minutes for teams of 2 to 10 people including a team captain. Live Healthy America is a nationwide, Web based, and teamwork driven program that will motivate and teach individuals and organizations how to make positive and lasting changes to achieve a healthy lifestyle through increased physical activity, improved diet, and weight loss over the course of 100 days. The program runs through April.
