Is there one positive change you can make to your diet or workout routine this week for the better?

One positive change, for just this week.  Challenge yourself.

Can you make one of the positive changes:

-I will eat a healthy breakfast every day this week
-I will not drink any sodas this week
-I will not drink any alcohol this week
-I will not eat any food after 7:00 p.m this week
-I will eat a vegetable with lunch every day for the remainder of this week
-I will take fish oil and drink unsweetened green tea every day this week
-I will not eat any sugary desserts this week
-I will drink 8-10 glasses of water every day for the remainder of this week
-I will add jumping rope to my workout routine this week
-I will perform 3 total body strength training routines this week
-I will increase the speed on the treadmill by 1 this week to really challenge myself
-I will run/walk for 5 more minutes on every cardio routine this week

Pick one (or more if you really are up for a challenge), give it a try!  Write your 1 week goal down, print it out. Challenge yourself! It’s only for 1 week, and you might find yourself sticking to it for the following week, just out of habit, and based on how much better you feel. Before you know it, you’ve cut sodas out of your diet completely and you’re the fit guy/girl at your gym jumping rope for your cardio week in and week out.

This is key to personal growth and development-conquering your challenges. You will be amazed at how great you feel after you’ve set your goal, and accomplished the goal.
It’s just 1 week folks, you can do it!

Have a great week!
